National Strategy to Combat Multidimensional Poverty 2023-2030 (in Arabic only)

The main objective of this strategy is to reduce its level by 50% which means from 24% (2022) to 12% by 2030. This involves a set of sub-sectoral goals and objectives which relies primarily on the dimensions of poverty and its indicators in the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics' Multidimensional Poverty Report (2017). According to the report, the dimensions of multidimensional poverty are defined in "monetary poverty, employment, education, health, housing conditions and access to services, and personal freedom". Each of these dimensions contains a number of indicators, most of which have enabled progress on the multidimensional path of poverty in Palestinian society to be quantified.
