Tunisia ratified the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights in accordance with the Law No. 82-64 of 6 August 1982.
This document contains the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth periodic reports of Tunisia that covers the period from 2001 to 2017. The report gives an account of the principal legislative and practical measures adopted by Tunisia during that period, to strengthen the implementation of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
