Operational Plan of the National Strategy to Combat Violence Against Women (in French only)

This plan has five priority areas for structural and support activities, which are:

1. Offer services in a well-organized and coordinated chain system among the various partners involved in the different stages of care and follow-up of women victims of violence.
2. Improve knowledge through research and data collection actions.
3. Develop specific responses to the needs of direct operators in terms of service quality norms and standards.
4. Enhance training and capacity building to ensure the quality and sustainability of actions.
5. Provide legal support and awareness-raising to influence the behavior and mentalities of the perpetrators of violence.
