Morocco Action Plan 2021-2023

This National Action Plan (NAP) includes 22 commitments in the following areas: transparency and quality of public services, equality and inclusivity, open justice, citizen participation, and open communities.
More than 800 citizens and civil society actors participated in its development and 230 ideas were submitted. These proposals were shared with the various institutions and departments involved, in order to be processed, analyzed and included in the draft commitments for the period of 2021-2023.
