This National Action Plan (NAP) is a strategic and operational plan. It is also a tool for resource mobilization and the monitoring and evaluation of the proposed activities to allow the Government of Mauritania to establish a clear vision with strategic objectives, and to plan for the necessary budgeting required to achieve national birth spacing objectives.
