The report reviews the measures taken to implement the provisions of the Protocol, including the legal and institutional framework, particularly criminal legislation defining the offences of the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, the penalties prescribed, remedies and related procedures, preventive measures, protection and rehabilitation of victims and their reintegration into society, and international assistance and cooperation in achieving the objectives and implementing the provisions of the Protocol.
