The Economic Resilience and Recovery Plan (2019-2020) is considered as the first stage in the implementation of the National Vision for the Modern Yemeni State. It serves as the practical starting point and the link between subsequent stages for the implementation of the National Vision. It also represents the implementation program of Yemen's vision and strategy, and the government performance plan for the same period, whereby women’s participation is integrated in some stages.
