National strategy for gender equity and equality through mainstreaming gender into development policies and programs (in French only)

The main purpose of this strategy is to reduce gender disparities in terms of rights, access to resources, economic opportunities, and political participation. It also proposes appropriate solutions to the various forms of gender discrimination in Morocco.

Hence, this strategy aims to develop action plans to achieve the strategic objectives of equity and equality in the following area: 

• Civil rights
• Representation and participation in decision-making 
• Social and economic rights
• Social and individual behaviors
• Institutional and political consolidation
