The Second Government Plan for Equality “ICRAM 2” (2017-2021) (Available in Arabic and French only)
January 2018
The present strategy is the outcome of the “ICRAM 1” plan, and aims at ensuring gender equality in general, and combating all forms of discrimination and violence against women through pillar four aiming at implementing the laws related to combating discrimination against women in Morocco.
Additionally, this Plan was developed based on lessons learned, lived experiences, common aspirations, and joint commitments of all government actors concerned with the promotion of equality. It was developed in line with the international commitments of the Kingdom of Morocco, in particular the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
