The SCAPE capitalizes on the significant achievements of previous development plans and is a continuation of the latter regarding certain key objectives (gender promotion, sustained growth, poverty reduction and MDGs, strengthening governance ...) and the related consolidation of various programs and reforms.
At the same time, the SCAPE intends to use a model of growth to accelerate the growth rate, modernize the basis of the economy and to affirm the role of the private sector, promote employment and reduce social and regional disparities.
