Initial report submitted by the State of Palestine under article 35 of the Convention in 2016 (CRDP)

This report was submitted in compliance with the commitments of Palestine under the Convention and in fulfillment of its obligation to apply the provisions thereof, especially article 35 (1). In particular, it set out the legislative, administrative and judicial aspects of the measures, frameworks and terms of reference pertaining to the provisions of the Convention.
