This strategy aims to ensure access to early childhood development services (from preconception to the age of 8) for all girls and boys by 2030, to end all forms of malnutrition, to meet the nutritional needs for children, pregnant and nursing women and the elderly, and to end abuse, exploitation and trafficking and all forms of violence and torture to which children are subjected to.
